Join me for a completely NEW class - both in design and presentation! I'm thrilled to be offering my brand new Cookie Platter Class as a wonderful online class this June.

This class focuses on developing your skills from complete beginner:

I'll teach you:

• How to make a perfect batch of sugar cookie dough
• What a Cookie Platter is and how to construst one
• How to create a hand made cookie template
• How to cut and bake your cookies so that they do not spread
• How to plan your platter design
• How to create individual cookie guidelines for piping
• How to mix Royal Icing to the perfect piping consistency
• How to pipe and decorate your cookies.
• How to create a detail consistency Royal Icing for detailed piping
• How to assemble your beautiful cookie platter
• Tips and tricks for drying, storing and packaging your cookies

The class will be broken down into a number of different teaching units, including videos, printables, Q&A and a live class - all taking place in a private Facebook community.

Our live class will take place on Thursday 4th June at 7pm (UK), with other class elements released from 25th May, which you can complete at any time prior to the live class (if you are unable to attend the live class, it will be saved to the group so that you can access it at any time afterwards).

Once you have booked your space, you will be sent a schedule of events, ingredients and equipment lists and a link to join the private Facebook group.

Please note: this is a UK based class and we will be referencing products and equipment from the UK. 

Ingredients and equipment: All ingredients for this class can be purchased from your regular supermarket (we'll send you a full recipe and ingredients list once you've booked the class). 

Specialist equipment for the class: you'll need gel food colourings and small disposable icing bags (we'll send you links where you can buy these if you don't have them already)
