The Eggcellent Easter Online Cake School

A chock-full week of baking, making and decorating over the Easter holiday break!

Join us for a mixture of live classes, pre-recorded tutorials and fun competitions as we teach you fun and fabulous baking and decorating skills! 

Easter Holiday Break (2nd - 18th April)

Join me and from the comfort of your own kitchen for my latest online Children's Cake School! 

Here's what we'll be up to:

Three LIVE classes:

(if you can't make any of the 'live' dates, we'll be recording every single class so you can watch it back at a time that suits you)

• 1 - Baking: we'll teach you how to make a scrumptious 'big' Carrot Cake and delicious filling (we'll also show you how to cover it with buttercream)

• 2 - Decorating: we'll teach you how to decorate your cake with Easter themed modelled decorations including giant carrots and bunny's bottoms!

• 3- Modelling: we'll teach you how to create fully edible little Easter characters

Pre-recorded Class Challenge:

We'll show you step-by-step how to make an awesome Easter Themed Brownie Tray Bake and set you a challenge to create your own!

Prize Draws!

- We always run prize draws for all classes - just share a picture of your bakes with us in our private group or tag us on facebook or instagram and we'll enter you into our prize draw - we give away brilliant baking books, decorating goodies and other lovely fun prizes!

How it works:

• One price covers ALL four classes - you only need to pay ONE price per viewing household / facebook login
• Our Cake School will run online in a private Facebook group - the group will open up on 25th March and you'll be emailed an invitation to join.
• You'll receive an email with ingredients and equipment that you will need to prepare for each class. (you will need to purchase basic baking ingredients and some sugarpaste - all available from your local supermarket)
• You can enjoy the classes LIVE or re-visit them at a future time at your leisure - we save everything to the group and you can watch back at any time that suits you :)

Ingredients & Equipment:

You'll receive a full ingredients and equipment list no later than 19th March and our classes will begin on the week commencing 2nd April.

Equipment: we expect that you'll have the following basic baking equipment:

• 5 or 6" Cake tin
• 2 or three gel food colourings (just red, green and yellow will be great!)
• little rolling pin
• a set of round cutters
• cocktail sticks

and the following pantry products:

• Flour
• Eggs
• Sugar
• Butter
• Icing Sugar 
• Sugarpaste (250g)
• Carrots

Allergies and Dietary requirements:

We always advise alternative options for all baking ingredients so that you can amend the reicpes to suit your own dietary requirements.

The classes are aimed very broadly at 6-12 year old students - if your children are younger or older, you are MOST welcome to still join in the fun - we often get lots of adults booking our classes too - it's totally fine and we're delighted to have you attending! Young children may need assistance and we may use a food mixer some techniques - we advise adults supervise all activities.  

Our online classes are always a brilliant journey of baking, decorating, fun and laughter!  It's not 'just another baking class', it's SO much more than that - the skills we teach are not often taught to children - real skills using proper ingredients - there's no chucking sprinkles on a cupcake and no pre-mixes. Everything is taught with the aim of giving your child confidence in their abilities and the freedom to use their creativity to get heart-burstingly proud results :)

 As an online class, payments are non-refundable once a booking has been made - please ensure you are happy with the class outlined before checking out.

I LOVE teaching you my methods and techniques through my online classes - you are most welcome to use my designs for your own cupcakes and for selling if you run a cupcake business. You are NOT permitted to teach the designs, re-distribute, share, sell, download, livestream or copy my videos, livestreams, or any downloadable material that this class features. Any evidence of this practice will result in your removal from any/all online groups I host and possible legal action.
