This series of classes took place over three weeks in October 2021. Purchase this class for full access to all the live class recordings, the course materials and the private community.

Join me for a comprehensive three part course covering every aspect of baking, making and decorating cookies with sugarpaste.

Over 3 pre-recorded live classes, we cover:

Class 1:

How to make perfect sugar cookies: we'll cover key tips and tricks for making flat, neat, non-spreading cookies and give you three brilliant base recipes along with ways that you can amend them to create new fun flavours.

• Chocolate Sugar Cookies
• Vegan Sugar Cookies

Class 2:  

In our first recorded class, we'll take you through all the need-to-know details to get your prep right for decorating your cookies with sugarpaste:

• Which sugarpaste to use
• How to treat your sugarpaste
• How to work with sugarpaste for a neat and clean finish
• Colouring your paste
• Creating colour schemes that work
• Different paste effects: ombre and roundhouse techniques
• Using embossers and de-boss stamps
• Alternative embossing ideas
• Embellishing with moulded pieces
• Stencilling

Class 3:

This class will take your knowledge one step further and take you through a number of different ways that you can add colour, depth and interest to your cookie designs:

• Working with pre-made edible paints - we'll demonstate a number of different brands and discuss what works well (and what doesn't!)
• Creating your own edible paints (cocoa butter and alcohol techniques)
• Edible paint techniques: Watercolour and splatter effects

The course programme will be broken down into different teaching units, including pre-recorded videos, printable recipes, Q&A and live classes - all taking place in a private Facebook community.

Once you have booked your space, you will be sent a list of ingredients and equipment for the class and a link to join the private Facebook group.

Please note: this is a UK based class and we will be referencing products and equipment from the UK. 

Ingredients and equipment: All ingredients for this class can be purchased from your regular supermarket (we'll send you a full ingredients lists once you've booked the class). 

Specialist equipment for the class: you may choose to buy some specialist equipment/paints for the class - we recommed watching the live classes first before deciding on what products you would like to buy so that we can help guide you to make good choices :)

• I'll send you joining details for our private Facebook group, this will be sent out within two working days.
• You'll receive emails with class, equipment and ingredient information.
• Your live class is pre-recorded and is instantly accessible in our private Facebook group.
• All videos, PDF's, and certificates will be available in the 'files' section of the Facebook group, we will also label them with topic themes so that they are easy for you to locate.
• You can re-visit it gain and again at a time that suits you!
• Your tutor, Kirsty, will be available for questions and updates in the group if you need any help.

As an online class, payments are non-refundable once completed - please ensure you are happy with the class outlined before checking out.
