The Eggstra-brilliant Easter Online Cake School 2022

A chock-full month of baking, making and decorating over the Easter holiday break!

Join us for a mixture of live classes, pre-recorded tutorials and fun competitions as we teach you fun and fabulous baking and decorating skills! 

Easter Holiday Break (classes covering 6th - 20th April, so you can take part no matter when your Easter break is!)

Here's what we'll be up to:

FIVE incredible baking and decorating classes:

(if you can't make any of the 'live' dates, we'll be recording every single class so you can watch it back at a time that suits you)

• Easter Scotch Eggs: learn how to make the most scrumptious Easter treat possible - creme eggs, covered in chocolate brownies, covered in chocolate, covered in crushed toppings - an amazing class not to miss!

• Bunny Bread: learn how to make your own tasty bread rolls in this great class - we'll be teaching you how to mix, knead and proof your bread for a wonderful life long skill!

• Funfetti Cupcakes with stripy buttercream: learn how to make some impressively colourful cupcakes with stunning swirls in this interactive class.

• Egg Hunt Cupcake Toppers: - join us for a live class where we'll teach you how to make amazing detailed creative Easter themed toppers for your cupcakes.

• Striped Easter Cheesecakes: - we'll teach you how to whip up four delicious colourful mini striped cheesecakes in this lovely class - a perfect dinnertime treat.

We'll also post you a little goody box in the mail with some key ingredients to help you during your classes!* (UK ONLY)

Prize Draws!

- We always run prize draws and keep our groups busy and entertained - just share a picture of your bakes with us in our private group or tag us on facebook or instagram and we'll enter you into our prize draw - we give away brilliant baking books, decorating goodies and other lovely fun prizes!

How it works:

• One price covers ALL five classes - you only need to pay ONE price per viewing household / facebook login
• Our Cake School will run online in a private Facebook group - the group will open up on 3rd April and you'll be emailed an invitation to join.
• You'll receive an email with ingredients and equipment that you will need to prepare for each class. (you will need to purchase basic baking ingredients and some sugarpaste - all available from your local supermarket)
• You can enjoy the classes LIVE or re-visit them at a future time at your leisure - we save everything to the group and you can watch back at any time that suits you :)

Ingredients & Equipment:

You'll receive a full ingredients and equipment list no later than 18th March and our classes will begin on the week commencing 4th April.

Equipment: we expect that you'll have the following basic baking equipment:

• 8" square tin / silicone pan
• a few gel food colourings (just red, green, yellow and brown will be a great foundation as we can make lots of shades with them!)
• little rolling pin
• a set of round cutters
• cocktail sticks
• drinking glasses
• little spatula

and the following pantry products:

• Flour
• Eggs
• Sugar
• Butter
• Icing Sugar 
• Sugarpaste (250g)
• Cream Cheese
• Cocoa Powder
• Cream

Allergies and Dietary requirements:

We always advise alternative options for all baking ingredients so that you can amend the reicpes to suit your own dietary requirements.

Who can attend?

The classes are aimed very broadly at 6-12 year old students - if your children are younger or older, you are MOST welcome to still join in the fun - we often get lots of adults booking our classes too - it's totally fine and we're delighted to have you attending! Young children may need assistance and we may use a food mixer some techniques - we advise adults supervise all activities.  

Our online classes are always a brilliant journey of baking, decorating, fun and laughter!  It's not 'just another baking class', it's SO much more than that - the skills we teach are not often taught to children - real skills using proper ingredients - there's no chucking sprinkles on a cupcake and no pre-mixes. Everything is taught with the aim of giving your child confidence in their abilities and the freedom to use their creativity to get heart-burstingly proud results :)

 As an online class, payments are non-refundable once a booking has been made - please ensure you are happy with the class outlined before checking out.

I LOVE teaching you my methods and techniques through my online classes - you are most welcome to use my designs for your own cupcakes and for selling if you run a cupcake business. You are NOT permitted to teach the designs, re-distribute, share, sell, download, livestream or copy my videos, livestreams, or any downloadable material that this class features. Any evidence of this practice will result in your removal from any/all online groups I host and possible legal action.
