Royal Icing Cupcakes - an ONLINE Class

LIVE Class: Thursday 26th May  7-10pm

This brand new cupcake class will focus on developing your Royal Icing skills to create ornate and stylish cupcakes. A skill that can be used in so many ways for so many occasions - don't miss this chance to join in on our LIVE class and learn these exquisite techniques yourself!

What we cover: 

We'll create a number of different designs featuring the following skills:

• Creating a sugarpaste domed base to work on
• Mixing the perfect Royal Icing for string work and pressure piping
• How to prepare your Royal icing by hand for delicate piping work
• How to create your own piping bags using parchment paper
• How to pipe lines, dots, looops and borders and the right type of icing to use for each style.
• Use of effective colour schemes
• Alternative ways to use your new skills

This online workshop will be run over TWO dates:

Sunday 22nd May (10am): We will guide you in making your sugar paste domed toppers and teach you how to prepare your icing bags for the Live class. This will be a pre-recorded element of the class and you wil be able to ask questions prior to the live class.

Thursday 26th May: LIVE Class - 7pm - 10pm: This will be a LIVE class where you can either make alongside me or watch and make back at your own pace. We'll make our Royal Icing together and I will teach you all the decorating methods and techniques for creating your beautiful cupcakes. 

After completion of the class, our private group will stay open for any questions you may have to ensure you are able to get the most from the learning :)

As an online class, you may need to purchase a few items of equipment for this class - we anticipate you may need to spend up to £20 (assuming you have no tools already) - we'll send you the cheapest links we can find for everything once you join the class.

How my online classes work: 

• Book your space(s) - you pay ONE price per facebook login
• You'll receive an automated confirmation email, and then I'll manually send you another email within 48hours with full ingredients and equipment needed for the class
• The second email will also have an invite to join our private Facebook group.
• All videos, PDF's, handouts and certificates will be presented within the private facebook group. Once uploaded, they will be available in the 'files' section of the Facebook group, we will also label them with topic themes so that they are easy for you to locate.
• You can enjoy the classes LIVE or re-visit it at a future time at your leisure! 

As an online class, payments are non-refundable once completed - please ensure you are happy with the class outlined before checking out.

I LOVE teaching you my methods and techniques through my online classes - you are most welcome to use my designs for your own treats and for selling if you run a small business.

You are NOT permitted to teach the designs, format, teaching methods or re-distribute, sell or copy my copyright downloadable material, videos, pdf's, handouts or other written material. Any infringement of my copyright will result in removal from any online groups and further legal action.
