Thank you Teacher - an online after-school class for children

LIVE ONLINE CLASSES:

Monday 4th July: 4.30pm - 5.30pm

AND

Monday 11th July: 4.30pm - 5.30pm

This brand new set of classes will be run over two weeks, with one class each week (as detailed above). 

We'll be making a set of fabulous school / teacher themed cupcake toppers so that your children can make their very own toppers for putting onto their own cupcakes for their teachers and teaching assistants at the end of term. We'll make:

• Miniature Books
• Miniature Notepads and Crayons
• Blackboards with personalised lettering
• A pencil and ruler
• An Apple
• A Paintbrush and Pallette

We will of course, be showing you some wonderful techinues and tips and tricks to achieve perfect results everytime - these are a wonderful set of designs you'll be able to use again and again!

We'll be sending a little goody box out in the post to everyone who books a space, which will contain some lovely little goodies to help you create your toppers.

Your goody box will have some personalised items in it for up to six names - please let us know the know the names of your teachers / teaching assistants on checkout so we can ensure your items are personalised for you.

The class will take place over two separate weeks, giving you time to catch up if you miss anything and plenty of time to finish before the end of term - all online classes will be available to watch after the class in our private Facebook community.

You'll receive a full ingredients and equipment list no later than 26th June and our classes will take place on 4th and 11th July.

How it works:

• One price covers both classes (and one goody box) - you only need to pay ONE price per viewing household / facebook login
• Our classes will run online in a private Facebook group - the group will open up on 1st July and you'll be emailed an invitation to join.
• You'll receive an email with ingredients and equipment that you will need to prepare for each class. (you will need to purchase basic baking ingredients and some sugarpaste - all available from your local supermarket)
• You can enjoy the classes LIVE or re-visit them at a future time at your leisure - we save everything to the group and you can watch back at any time that suits you :)

Ingredients for the class:

We'll be using coloured sugarpaste to make the decorative elements in these classes, as well as the items we'll send you in your goody box.

The basic equipment needed to complete the class will be: 

• little rolling pin
• a set of round cutters
• a small metal spatula or blunt cutting knife
• cocktail stick
• scissors

We won't be baking cupcakes in the classs, but we will post a delicious recipe into our private group so you can make your own when you are ready.

The classes are aimed very broadly at 5-12 year old students - if your children are younger or older, you are MOST welcome to still join in the fun - we often get lots of adults booking our classes too - it's totally fine and we're delighted to have you attending! Young children may need assistance - we advise adults supervise all activities.  

Our online classes are always a brilliant journey of baking, decorating, fun and laughter!  It's not 'just another baking class', it's SO much more than that -the skills we teach are not often taught to children - real skills using proper ingredients - there's no chucking sprinkles on a cupcake and no pre-mixes. Everything is taught with the aim of giving your child confidence in their abilities and the freedom to use their creativity to get heart-burstingly proud results :)

As an online class, payments are non-refundable once completed - please ensure you are happy with the class outlined before checking out.

I LOVE teaching you my methods and techniques through my online classes - you are most welcome to use my designs for your own cupcakes and for selling if you run a cupcake business. You are NOT permitted to teach the designs or re-distribute, sell or copy my copyright downloadable material.
