The Chocolate Brownie overload Class

Suitable for children aged 10-15 years with some cake decorating experience (please do not book for younger students)

Join me during the Summer holidays for a brand new baking and decorating class at my gorgeous Oast Studio at the Hop Farm! 

In this class we'll be mixing our own scrumptious chocolate brownie recipe and baking two versions of it - a flat tray bake and a set of delicious brownie donuts!

This class will feature lots of baking and decorating skills including:

• Working with a recipe to mix their own mixture
• Filling their own moulds for baking
• Timing and baking their own brownies
• Making their own pourable chocolate ganache
• Making their own delicious chocolate buttercream
• Learning how to pipe beautifully with buttercream
• Learning how to prepare chocolate for dipping 
• How to decorate their own brownies
• How to decorate their own donuts

Each child will go home with their own box of completely handmade brownies and a printed recipe sheet to keep for future use!

Allergies and Intolerances:

We can accomodate gluten free dietary requirements in this class.

Due to the high usage of dairy based products, we will be unable to accommodate any dairy free dietary requirements in this class.

A bit more about my older Children's Classes: 

I have been teaching children and adults for over 10 years and am fully insured, DBS checked for working with children and have also completed appropriate safeguarding training.

The aim of these classes is to give children the freedom and excitement of working on their own projects to develop their skills and spend more detailed time on this wonderful hobby!

We do not ask parents / carers to stay for the class, however, we will ask that you are contactable for the duration of the class and that you only leave your child of you feel they will be comfortable (and responsible) being left - you are welcome to stay in attandance if you wish - we have limited seating around the sides of the classroom where you can relax whilst the class takes place.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION:

This class has been created especially for older children (10+) who have experience of baking and decorating either at home or through attending my classes previously.  This is not a 1:1 class and there will be other children present - please consider your child's capabilities before booking and contact me if you wish to check - we also run school holiday children's classes which are suitable for younger students or those with less experience who require supervision.

Cancellation Policy:

All Children's Classes include a non-refunable booking fee of £15. 

Cancellations made less than one week prior to the class date will receive no refund.

Please ensure you are able to attend on the date and time of the class you book.

Due to the limited numbers on this class, no sibling discounts are available.
