Join me for a gorgeous fun class and learn some wonderful cookie decorating skills!
In this class, we will be learning how to use the beautiful 'dipped' cookie technique for creating a stunning smooth icing on our cookies. You'll learn how to mix your own Royal Icing to the right consistency, how to work the colours to create a beautiful mix and how to dip your cookies for perfect super-smooth results every time.
We'll set your cookies to dry during the class, and whilst this is happening we'll teach you how to create brilliant stamped cookies and how to use edible dusts to create a splattered 'mini-egg' paint technique to finish off your incredible cookies!
You'll go home with a box full of gorgeous cookies (and a presentation box in case you wish to gift them to anyone). We'll also give you a comprehensive handout featuring step by step instructions on how to recreate everything you learn in class :)
All the equipment, tools and edible materials you need will be provided for you to use during the class.
Bring your child: as this class is in the Easter holidays, you are very welcome to bring your well-behaved child along (age 6+) - please book a space for everyone attending (unfortunately our studio is too small for spectators and this is not a child-specific class) eg: 1x Parent + 1x Child = book 2x spaces
