The Valentines Cookie Class - ONLINE class

I'm thrilled to be offering my brand new Valentine's Cookie Class as a wonderful online class this February.

This class focuses on developing your cookie decorating skills from complete beginner:

I'll teach you:

• How to make a perfect batch of sugar cookie dough and how to colour it :)
• How to bake your cookies so that they keep their shape and do not spread
• How to mix Royal Icing to different consistencies
• How to pipe and decorate your cookies.
• How to create a flood consistency Royal Icing for creating smooth shiny icing
• Royal Icing Decorating Techniques, including:
• Flood icing
• Wet on Wet Technique
• Borders
• Marbling
• Overpiping
• Using colours side by side
• Mini roses and flowers
• Polkadots and stripes
• Adding detail
• How to create a firm consistency Royal Icing for creating detail and patterns
• Tips and tricks for drying, storing and packaging your cookies

The class will be broken down into different teaching units, including pre-class videos, printables, Q&A and a live class - all taking place in a private Facebook community.

Our live class will take place on Saturday 6th February at 10am (UK), with other class elements released from 30th January, which you can complete at any time prior to the live class (if you are unable to attend the live class, it will be saved to the group so that you can access it at any time afterwards).

Once you have booked your space, you will be sent a schedule of events, ingredients and equipment lists and a link to join the private Facebook group.

Please note: this is a UK based class and we will be referencing products and equipment from the UK. 

Ingredients and equipment: All ingredients for this class can be purchased from your regular supermarket (we'll send you a full recipe and ingredients list once you've booked the class). 

Specialist equipment for the class: you'll need gel or powder food colourings and small disposable icing bags (we'll send you links where you can buy these if you don't have them already), nothing more fancy than that!

As an online class, payments are non-refundable once completed - please ensure you are happy with the class outlined before checking out.

I LOVE teaching you my methods and techniques through my online classes - you are most welcome to use my designs for your own treats and for selling if you run a cake business. You are NOT permitted to teach the designs or re-distribute, sell or copy my copyright downloadable material.
