We work hard to offer you a fast and efficient edible print service and offer a number of postage options for you to choose from.
Please select the postage option to suit how quickly you need your order - 1st class is NOT a tracked service and we are unable to find out where it is in the event it doesn't arrive quickly.
Special Delivery is a guaranteed next day service - please consider that it is a next WORKING day service so if you order on a Friday, it will be delivered on the following Monday (and not on the weekend).
Royal Mail 1st Class
Standard delivery - normally arrives within 1-3 working days.

Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked
Normally arrives within 1-3 working days but can take longer - fully tracked postal service with email updates. Not a guaranteed delivery date service.

Place your order by 11am for your order to be dispatched in time for next working day delivery.
A signature is required upon delivery.

Free Delivery
We offer free 1st Class delivery on all orders over £30. If you would like to upgrade to any other postage option, we will invoice you for the extra amount as our system will annoyingly charge £0 for all delivery options.

We mainly work on printing orders during the evenings and post out the next day. Please consider this when placing your order.
We do not dispatch on the Weekend.
Payment must be received before we post any items.
Please note that, unless Special Delivery is selected, we are unable to guarantee a delivery date and will not be held responsible if your order does not arrive on your expected date.
Everything we print is printed to order and made especially for you - we do not keep pre-printed stock - please therefore allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and delivered as you would any bespoke item - expecting us to print and post the very same day you place an order is unreasonable.

When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch daily around midday. If you order after this time, or send your images much later, then it's likely your order will be included in the next day's dispatch.
Please note, we do not post out on Weekends.
If you want your order dispatched as quickly as possible, please ensure you send us easy to print files, instructions or pdfs for your edible prints. If any of your instructions are confusing or not concise enough, it may take longer for us to get your order printed as we will need to contact you for further clarification.
When will I receive my order?
Usually within 2-4 working days.
Royl Mail 1st Class usually arrives within 1-3 working days.
Tracked and Special Delivery are tracked services and you will be set a tracking number /email when your order is dispatched.
If you worry about where your order is, we would recommend using a tracked service so you can stay up to date on where your order is in the Royal Mail's network.
Can I pay more for a faster delivery?
The fastest and most reliable delivery is Royal Mail Special Delivery - please select this for a fully tracked delivery service.
Do you post to the USA?
No, we do not post outdside the United Kingdom due to the different food delivery laws governing other countries.
My order didn't arrive in time - I'd like a refund
We don't offer refunds on any of our print services as they are all print-to-order edible items. If your order has still not arrived seven working days after it has been posted, please contact us and we will happily reprint it for you free of charge.
Please leave enough time for your order to be processed, formatted, printed and posted - all mail services are working incredibly hard right now and we ask for you to try and order with as much time as possible so that you are not disappointed.
If you need your order for a specific date within the next week, please use the Special Delivery service.
