Join me this May Haf Term for a brand new themed Cupcake Class! We'll be teaching you some great new skills and giving you two hours of cakeybakey fun in this new class aimed at young students aged 4-11 (and you don't need to panic about the clearing up afterwards!)

As always, the class will be really interactive with lots of encouragement and entertainment as we go through the class - I'm really excited to run this one and get your children excited by the possibilities that getting creative with edible products can bring!

After the amazing feedback from our 'breakfast' class last year, we're going to be making some minature food and this class is inspired by some of our family favourite take aways! We'll be making some fabulous imaginative cupcakes along this theme.. including:

A Domino's Pizza
A McDonald's Happy Meal
A Greggs Sausage Roll
A KFC Bucket

This class will feature lots of different skills (and lots of different chocolate!)- we will cover:

Using sugarpaste
Cutting and attaching shapes
Using sugarpaste tools
Using different edible products to create realistic effects
Moulding pieces of sugarpaste
Rolling, shaping, cutting and bending sugarpaste shapes
..and probably quite a lot of eating!!

We'll be listening to some fun music throughout the class and each child will go home with their own selection of cupcakes and a great big smile!

THIS CLASS WILL BE HELD IN PADDOCK WOOD, KENT - the hall is really spacious and there's lots of free parking at the venue!

A LITTLE NOTE ABOUT MY CHILDREN'S CLASSES:

I've been teaching children's baking and decorating classes for over ten years! My children's classes are designed with your little ones in mind - they are highly interactive and involve running around, following simple instructions and lots of chatter and giggles - it's always really fun and is a wonderful way for you to spend quality time with your child without having to worry about the mess they make! Demonstrations are made of each individual step of each design and lots of help given to those who need it.

Our classes are suitable for ALL personalities of children - please don't worry if you have a quiet (or noisy) child - they'll be accommodated and made to feel welcome, happy and included!

The classes are relaxed and fun - they are always one-off designs which means children may have to share specialist cutters and equipment and take turns - this is gently explained to them - please bear this in mind as a parent that sometimes things take a little longer - the class is timed and planned to allow for this - I hope you can enjoy the 1:1 time with your child and love the class :o)

ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES:

This class can accomodate gluten free and dairy free dietary requests - please let us know at the time of booking and we will make your cupcakes especially for you.

If your child has extreme /life threatening allergies, please do not book a space - whilst every effort is made to ensure no cross contamination occurs, our kitchen handles wheat, dairy and nuts and we cannot guaratee a completely 'free-from' environment for the production of our products.

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION:

These classes are aimed at children aged 4-11 years (although anyone older or younger is welcome to attend!). Please consider your own child's capabilities before booking - we try really hard to be inclusive of everyone attending and appreciate parents/carers co-operation in helping the class run smoothly.

You do not need to book or pay for adults who are attending - just the children who will be taking part - a maximum of one adult per child will be permitted.

A maximum of two children may attend with one parent/carer.

Children attending MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times, who will take full responsibility for the safety and welfare of their child(ren) for the full duration of the class.

We reserve the right to refuse class attendance on arrival if you have not met these guidelines.

Cancellation Policy:

All Children's Classes include a non-refundable booking fee of £10.

Cancellations made less than two weeks prior to the class date will receive no refund.

Please ensure you are able to attend on the date and time of the class you book.
