Christmas Chimney Cake Class

We'll be making a fun Santa stuck-in-a-chimney cake in this brilliant new class!

This wonderful class will cover: 

• Cutting and layering a 6" chocolate sponge cake
• Filling a sponge cake
• Preparing a crumb coat on your cake with chocolate ganache
• Learning how to create textured sugarpaste using embossers
• Learning how to apply sugarpaste to a cake neatly
• Covering the top of your cake with sugarpaste and edible snow effects
• Creating your own edible models of Santas legs and feet
• Creating Lettering and applying it to your board

Allergens: We are unable to cater for any food allergies / intolerences in this class as the primary ingredients we use contain both dairy and wheat and cannot be substituted easily.

Other Details: 

This class will take place at my Cake School at the Hop Farm in Paddock Wood, Kent.

Cancellations Policy:

Class bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel before 14 days in advance of a class, you will receive a credit to the value of your class (less booking fee) for a future class.

If you cancel within 14 days of a class taking place, we offer a 50% credit towards a future class.

If you cancel within 7 days of a class taking place, no credit will be given.

All classes include a non-refundable £25 booking fee.
