Parent & Child Class - suitable for ages 8+ and one supervising adult

Minimum 4: Maximum 6 spaces available

This summer holidays we'll be making an amazing shaped Minion Cake in this brand new parent and child class! 

This wonderful new Parent & Child class will cover: 

  • Filling and assembling a (minion) shaped sponge cake
  • Covering a sponge cake with chocolate ganache
  • Covering a shaped cake with fondant
  • Creating features from modelling paste
  • Using edible prints, cutters and tools to embellish your cake

This class will give you the opportunity to accompany your child for a detailed class where you will be able to learn and have fun creating a wonderful themed cake together.

This class has been designed for an adult and child to attend together to complete the class - the price is for one adult and one child to create one cake.

Our Parent & child classes have been running for over three years and are always a wonderful experience for all involved - we teach 'adult' cake decorating skills and they are always more in depth and detailed than our child-specific classes. The class is broken down into easy to follow steps and students are shown how to create their own cakes in a gentle and helpful manner, encourgaing teawork and conversation - resulting in an incredible cake at the end!

Allergens: We are unable to cater for any food allergies / intolerences in this class as the primary ingredients we use contain both dairy and wheat and cannot be substituted easily.

Other Details: 

This class will take place at my Cake School at the Hop Farm in Paddock Wood, Kent.

Cancellations Policy:

Class bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel before 14 days in advance of a class, you will receive a credit to the value of your class (less booking fee) for a future class.

If you cancel within 14 days of a class taking place, we offer a 50% credit towards a future class.

If you cancel within 7 days of a class taking place, no credit will be given.

All classes include a non-refundable £25 booking fee.
