This wonderful new class will cover:

• Covering a layered sponge cake with white chocolate ganache
• Using sugarpaste to cover your cake

• Creating cute characters using sugarpaste and moulds
• Shading, colouring and creating realism with edible products.

This class will give you the opportunity to accompany your child for a more in depth class where you will be able to learn and have fun creating a wonderful themed cake together.
