Edible Icing Sheet - New York Skyline and logos icing sheet

A full A4 sheet of edible icing, featuring the the New York Skyline silhouette, new york taxi, I heart NY, American Flag, New York Department store bags and a Happy Birthday slogan - the perfect sheet to create a themed New York cake - just cut out the individual elements and add them to your cake as you wish :)

Icing Sheets will be posted in a sealed bag and we advise they are stored this way until they are required for use – they will dry out and become brittle if left in the air.  Do not refrigerate.

To use, just peel the icing sheet from the clear backing sheet, cut your images to size and apply directly to your cake or cupcake.  Full instructions will be supplied.

These are made from proper icing (fondant) NOT wafer paper.  Ingredients: Water, Cornstarch, Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup Solids, Cellulose, Sorbitol, Glycerine, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Gum Arabic, Polysorbate 80, Vanilla, Titanium Dioxide, Citric Acid.

Top Tip:  If you're attaching your icing to a fondant topped cupcake or cakes, just brush the cake / sugarpste with a little water to make it tacky, then gently smooth the icing sheet into place.  These icing sheets can be cut to any shape you wish using a clean pair of scissors :o)
