We'll be making a stunning tall drip cake- one of the most fashionable, fun and adaptable cakes of the moment!

This gorgeous class will cover: 

• Cutting and layering a tall 5" vanilla sponge cake
• Filling a sponge cake
• Covering a sponge cake with a smooth buttercream finish
• The perfect 'scraping' buttercream recipe and tips on how to prepare your buttercream
• Covering your cake with buttercream effect (in your choice of colour)
• Creating a perfect drip effect using coloured chocolate
• Creating edible matching embellishments and bars
• How to pipe perfect buttercream swirls to decorate the top of your cake
• Topping your cake with your creations

We'll discuss other ways you can personalise your cake and make it individual, leaving you with an awesome new skill for your portfolio :) 

Allergens: We are unable to cater for any food allergies / intolerences in this class as the primary ingredients we use contain both dairy and wheat and cannot be substituted easily.

This class will take place at my Cake School at the Hop Farm in Paddock Wood, Kent.

Cancellations Policy:

Class bookings are non-refundable. If you cancel before 14 days in advance of a class, you will receive a credit to the value of your class (less booking fee) for a future class.

If you cancel within 14 days of a class taking place, we offer a 50% credit towards a future class.

If you cancel within 7 days of a class taking place, no credit will be given.

All classes include a non-refundable £25 booking fee.
