Icing sheets work really well as a wrap around the side or the top of a cake and can be applied by just wetting the fondant they are being applied to.
Wafer paper is a much more delicate product and can be used for achieving a 'papier mache/decopatch' effect and are also wonderful for creating flowers.
Icing Sheets will be posted in a sealed bag and we advise they are stored this way until they are required for use – they will dry out and become brittle if left in the air. Do not refrigerate.
To use, just peel the icing sheet from the clear backing sheet and apply directly to your cake or cupcake. Full instructions will be supplied.
These are made from proper icing (fondant) NOT wafer paper. Ingredients: Water, Cornstarch, Corn Syrup, Corn Syrup Solids, Cellulose, Sorbitol, Glycerine, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Gum Arabic, Polysorbate 80, Vanilla, Titanium Dioxide, Citric Acid.
Top Tip: If you're attaching your icing to a fondant topped cupcake or cakes, just brush the back using one of our perfect H2O Water brushes for easy application! These icing sheets can be cut to any shape you wish using a clean pair of scissors :o)
