The Exquisite Online Chocolate Bar Class

Join us for a wonderful pre-recorded class focusing on creating stunning embellished chocolate bars.

This fabulous online class will teach you: 

• How to temper small batches of chocolate in your microwave
• How to choose and use different types and styles of chocolate bar mould
• How to make three delicious fillings (and how to adapt them to create more flavours) - a soft chewy caramel, a delicate flavoured fondant and a creamy gianduja.
• How to create perfect smooth chocolate bars - both filled and solid
• How to use moulds to create beautiful floral chocolate embellishments
• How to apply your embellishments for a professional finish
• Easy methods for transferring images and wording onto your chocolate bars
• Using edible paints on chocolate
• Packaging hints and tips

The class is broken down into different teaching units:

• Pre-recorded recipe and technique videos
• A recorded live class and Q&A showing how to complete your chocolate bars, add your embellishments and painted elements.
• Printed recipes and class notes for downloading

All of our classes take place in a private Facebook community - you will be able to access all class recordings and materials at any time that suits you.

Once you have booked your space, you will be sent an email containing a link to join our private group where you can access all of the class information and training materials. 

Please note: this is a UK based class and we reference products and equipment from the UK, we may not be able to suggest alternative places to purchase goods outside the UK.

Ingredients: All ingredients for this class can be purchased from your regular supermarket (we'll send you a full recipe and ingredients list once you've booked the class). 

Specialist equipment for the class: you'll need a few specific products in order to take this class, all of which can be purchased in online retailers such as Amazon, Ebay or cake craft shops - you'll receive an information sheet with ALL the information on what you'll need for the class with links for the cheapest places to purchase (and also what is essential and what is not!), you'll need:

• a chocolate bar mould (these range from £6 - £20, depending which you choose)
• Chocolate  - approx 1kg good quality chocolate
• some silicone moulds (ranging from £2 - £5 each)
• a metallic paint (approx £4)

You will need a microwave to partake in this class

PLEASE NOTE: The original class included a small selection of samples sent in the post to our participants - we will not be able to send this to anybody purchasing the class after the event due to stock and time constraints. The lower price of the class reflects this. You will be advised of where you can purchase all elements that were included in the original box.
